30-Day Love It Guarantee

If you purchase directly from the MY.VIE website and decide your product isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Proof of purchase is required.
• The product must be returned clean.
• All original accessories, packaging and inserts must be included.
• The product must be securely returned in its original packaging, including all original protective bubble wrap. If the original protective packaging is unavailable, equivalent protective packaging must be used to prevent damage during transit.
• Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

All MY.VIE electrical styling tools purchased directly from MY.VIE or an authorised retailer are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos or a short video showing the fault.

If your claim is approved, we’ll repair, replace or refund the product where appropriate.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Misuse or improper care.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.

Our blow-out brush is not universal voltage so please be mindful of this when travelling with your tool.

Make sure your roller is not larger than the section of hair you’re styling. Roll the section up after blow-drying or using a heat styling tool. Direction depends on your desired look; rolling back off the face is a favorite! Spray and leave to cool as long as possible before removing.

For added hold and an instant result, you can also use our my.vie Blow Out Brush to heat the rollers before placing them in your hair. Once removed, apply a finishing product like hair oil for shine, texture spray for more volume, or additional hairspray for extra hold.
