To organise your return, please send us an email at hello@myvie.com.au for a return authorisation and delivery address. All we ask is that the item/s will be unused and returned in the same condition as received and in a condition to be re-stocked for exchange or return.
Unfortunately, we don’t cover postage costs and you will be required to organise delivery at your own expense. We insist on the use of a tracked delivery service to ensure a safe return, as we don't accept responsibility for your items if lost in transit and unfortunately can’t process your return.
